Director Message

Dr. Pradip K. Ghosh, originally from Khardah near Kolkata, moved to the United States for graduate studies in 1968. With a doctorate in economics and engineering from the State University of New York, a diploma in international law from London, and a leadership studies degree from Harvard University, he taught for 22 years at major universities. Dr. Ghosh, a prominent scholar, educator, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, serves as the Chairman of the World Congress of Religions. His vision includes the development of PKG Multispeciality Hospital, a unique center for medicine, academics, and translational research. The hospital aims to bring together medical professionals, scientists, and students to address diseases, discover remedies, and promote awareness of early screening and prevention, particularly in India and other developing nations.

Eligibility : 10+2 any stream + WBJEE Entrance for GNM + 40% marks in English
About Course : GNM or General Nursing and Midwifery are our most impactful course designed for aspirant nurses. Here we teach our students about caregiving in maternity wards, data analysis center, health field works and many others. After course completion there is 6 months of internship program to provide practical working experience to our students. There is huge working scope for students after completing the course in both private and public field.

About Course : During this course students can learn about primary, secondary, tertiary caregiving process in hospitals and nursing homes. Here mostly emphasis is provided on the learning of critical care giving. After completion students are required to provide 6 months of internship to gather hands-on experience.
